Why do a user need to select Usb-Auto Share every time he logs in to a vm via User Portal for USB redirection to work?

Issue

  • I selected Usb-Auto Share while connecting to a vm from UserPortal. After logging out and trying to connect to the same vm, usb redirection failed to work. Why do I need to select this check box "USB Auto Share" every time I log in to a vm for USB redirection to work?
