RHEL6: Mellanox ConnectX3 Interface is offline immediately after boot
Issue
- There is an application that runs from /etc/rc3.d/S13 slot shortly after the network has come online.
- The interface is not apparently ready even though the network start script has returned success.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6
- kernel-2.6.32.504.el6
- Centrifydc application
- Mellanox Technologies MT27500 Family [ConnectX-3] NIC
- Firmware version 2.31.5050
