How to enable FIPS on a single file system or block device

- I would like to know how can I enable FIPS only on a single file system (e.g.,
/some/mounted/filesystem) - I would like to know how can I enable FIPS on a disk level (e.g.,
/dev/sda3or/dev/volgroup/logvol)
