I have a RHEL system with thousands of small LUNs attached via SAN. How to increase the LUN size?

Issue

I have a RHEL system with 12 thousend LUNs wich sizes between 40GB and 150GB attached via SAN. How to increase the LUN size?
This should definitely be brought down.
