Can JBDS redploy or full publish JPA entities on the Fly

Issue

• when a JPA class or EJB statefull is modified , can we full publish application to reload entity manager. For example If I modify a POJO in which I inject ejb, I need also to reload Enitity Manager . How to architect my application to keep from reloading process, to prevent to lose lot of time ?
