User gets 400 when EAP6 shuts down in cluster using mod_cluster load balancing
Issue
User gets a 400 error page when accessing a clustered application.
We have two application servers in the cluster, using mod_cluster. When we shut down one application server, the user sometimes experiences a 400 before they are re-routed to the other application server. We have sticky session set to true.

- Apache HTTPD
- JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6.x
