rngd crashes occasionally
Issue
- This is not the "FIPS test failure"
- rngd occasionally crashes
Is there a way to keep rngd alive or respawn it?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5
- kernel 2.6.32-431.20.3.el6
- rng-tools-2-13.el6_2
