Issue

Changed MAC addresses are not propagated to VLANs in bonding fail_over_mac
We configure VLANs over bond interface with fail_over_mac. During fail-overs, the MAC address of the new active interface is not propagated to the VLAN devices. This causes connectivity problems on the VLAN device.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6 and earlier
Bonding where bond MAC changes, for example with fail_over_mac=active
VLAN interface configured on top of bond, for example bond0.100
