RHEL: The application throws "UnicastUdpSocket failed to set receive buffer size" messages

Issue

The following messages is seen in application logs:

UnicastUdpSocket failed to set receive buffer size to <nn> packets (<nn>KB); actual
size is <nn>%, <nn> packets (<nn>KB). Consult your OS documentation regarding increasing
the maximum socket buffer size. Proceeding with the actual value may cause
sub-optimal performance.
