Squid DNS cache not refresshing in Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Issue

ACL is still caching its old pointers to the OLD IP address of the Destination Server. After squid reload, this gets fixed and now points to the NEW IP address for the destination.
How can we refresh the ACL cache without reloading squid ??
