After typing the root password, shell prompt doesn't come untill ctrl+c is pressed
Issue
- When root user is logged in via console, after typing the password, shell prompt doesn't come. It is needed to press ctrl+c to get the prompt. This problem comes with root user only.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8
