Issue

All actions in rhn-actions-control are disable but when shedule a reboot over the Red Hat Satellite the sytem is rebooting.
Login Red Hat Satellite webui --> Systems --> Click on system profile --> Click Schedule System Reboot --> select Schedule action as soon as possible --> click Shedule System Reboot. With the next check the system goes for a reboot.
Is there a possibility to prohibit a system reboot over the Red Hat Satellite?
