Issue

Customer wants to send a notification email to a certain Administrator when "Reconfigure this VM" is being done because the request is pending and they want the admin to approve the request as soon as possible.

When Provisioning a VM, we have Email method and instance to send notification emails. But when "Reconfigure the VM", I can not find a corresponding Automation method or instance to customize in Automation Explorer. I tried to look at automation.log but I failed to find out such a method or instance.
