Why does the package mutt not getting installed by default in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6?

Issue

In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, the package mutt was getting installed by default as a part of standard build after selecting text-internet package group.
In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, this package doesn't get installed by default even after installing the package group console-internet, why?
