JBoss Fuse camel route load balancing test
Issue
- We have a fabric ensemble of three servers with child containers on each server. We would like to deploy a camel route to each of three child containers so we can test camel route load balancing in Fabric.
- How do we test camel route load balancing in Fabric?
-
I have deployed the sample-camel-blueprint application on my Fuse servers. I have the following questions:
The purpose I have is to test load balancing between 2 Fabric Containers. In this environment I have a 3 Fabric server ensemble and 2 child Containers
I have added the camel-blueprint sample to a profile called 'MyCamelTest' and I have added them to 2 containers (fabric-container-01 and fabric-container-02). It looks like they are working
independenly of each other - How do I verify that load balancing is happening.-
The knowledge article 'https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_Fuse/6.1/html/Fabric_Guide/MQ-Topol.html#MQ-Topol-LoadBal' describes setting up a "creating a
load-balancing cluster of brokers". Is it required for load balancing purposes to deploy brokers to a load balancing group? Will load balancing not work if brokers are not created? -
Do I need to create a broker profile and add it to each of the above fabric containers for them to be load balanced?
-
Also how do I connect to the load balancing cluster?
