multipathd daemon logging "prio: SCSI error" messages

Issue

  • Automatically multipath got unmount in the server by giving the following message in /var/log
multipathd: sdg: hds prio: SCSI error
multipathd: mpathd: load table [0 838860800 multipath 1 queue_if_no_path 0 2 2 round-robin 0 1 1 8:96 1 round-robin 0 1 1 8:48 1]
multipathd: mpathd: load table [0 838860800 multipath 1 queue_if_no_path 0 2 1 round-robin 0 1 1 8:48 1 round-robin 0 1 1 8:96 1]"

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4
  • Device Mapper Multipath
  • Hitachi DF600F storage
