SAR report is not getting generated. Why?

Sar command showing error when running
sar -A. -
SAR Cannot open
/var/log/sa/sa28: No such file or directory.
[root@xxx ~]# ls -lrt /var/log/sa/
total 8
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 516 Feb 23 03:31 sa23
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 516 Feb 26 07:20 sa26
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Sysstat Package (System Activity Report Utility)
