Network interface gets renamed by udev during booting in RHEV hypervisor after adding a new NIC

Issue

udev renames ethX network interface to renameX during booting, after adding a new NIC or when VMs are booting and RHEV macvtap devices are added
After Installation of RHEL 6.7, Cisco enic VF (Virtual Function) devices are named eth0 to ethX with the PF (Physical Function) named as the last interface ethY

kernel-2.6.32.552.el6 and later
Cisco UCS with enic network driver
