How to configure RHEL 6.5 to see the boot process logs?

Issue

Just completed a fresh install of RHEL 6.5 and noticed that during the re-boot process, from the console, we can no longer see the boot process as it occurs.
Unlike RHEL 5.X versions where the entire boot process can be viewed from the console (ie: we can see each service as it is started ans if it was successful or not).
How can we configure new RHEL 6.5 install to see the boot process?
