Atomic - cloud-init taking long on boot
Issue
- After a reboot it takes almost 5 minutes for docker to start. I believe this is due to cloud-init still running.
- I can see in the journal that cloud-init is taking almost 5 minutes to complete:
util.py[DEBUG]: cloud-init mode 'init' took 282.062 seconds (282.06)
- What could be causing this?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0
- Atomic
