How does Riftsaw/SwitchYard Fault handling work?

Issue

• Riftsaw handles declared faults as we see in the LoanOrigination quickstart. (If the amount is too great, the called partnerlink sends a Fault. The calling BPEL process recognizes this Fault and handles it per the spec.) But how about if we encounter something like an unreliable partnerlink, one that won't provide a recognized Fault?
