How to install rsyslog7 using kickstart in RHEL 6.6
Issue
RHEL 6.6 provides both rsyslog v5 and rsyslog7 v7. However, because @Core provides the older rsyslog and there seems to be a dependency by at least cron. Sdding rsyslog7 to the kickstart file results in dependency issues.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.6
- rsyslog-5.8
- rsyslog7-7.4
