lvchange --refresh is not working on a LVM based RAID1 volume
Issue
- Refresh of a raid1 logical volume doesn't work
- After a device repair and refresh, the
lvsoutput still shows a(r)tag which means "refresh needed" - A reboot fixes the issue

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux MRG-RT 2.5
- kernel-rt-3.10
