bind-dyndb-ldap idnsAllowTransfer idnsAllowQuery multiple values attributes and Constraint violation error

Issue

bind-dyndb-ldap-2.3 schema gives a constraint violation when giving multiple values for idnsAllowTransfer and idnsAllowQuery
The documentation for bind-dyndb-ldap-2.3 (/usr/share/doc/bind-dyndb-ldap-2.3/README) says that idnsAllowTransfer and idnsAllowQuery allow multiple values, with an example showing multiple values being set, one per line.
However, when I attempt to ldap_add a new zone which uses multiple idnsAllowTransfer and/or idnsAllowQuery values, I get the error:

ldap_add: Constraint violation (19)
        additional info: idnsAllowQuery: multiple values provided
