puppet-agent "allow_virtual" warnings in logs on RHEL6 satellite 6 client
Issue
- Every puppet run, a messages similar to these gets logged in syslog:
Dec 21 06:06:07 sat6-client puppet-agent[25585]: The package type's allow_virtual parameter will be changing its default value from false to true in a future release. If you do not want to allow virtual packages, please explicitly set allow_virtual to false.
Dec 21 06:06:07 sat6-client puppet-agent[25585]: (at /usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/puppet/type.rb:816:in `set_default')
Dec 21 06:06:07 sat6-client puppet-agent[25585]: Finished catalog run in 0.26 seconds
- Is there a workaround for this, and/or will this be addressed in a future errata?

- Red Hat Satellite 6.0
- Satellite 6 Client (Red Hat Enterprise 6)
- puppet-3.6.2-1.el6sat.noarch
