Physical storage devices, such as tape and changer devices, not visible when booting RHEL 6.6 or 7.1 with hpsa driver.

- Not detecting all physical devices behind Smart Array controller after upgrading to RHEL 6.6

- Missing devices are not detected even after a scsi bus rescan.
- tape library missing after upgrading to 6.6
- tape changer missing after moving to 6.6
- tape library and changer missing in 7.1
