How to recover lost projects from Busines Central in BRMS/BPMS 6 ?

Issue

  • Sometimes users report to have faced the issue with their projects has been lost suddenly from Business Central UI . Even sometimes the issue occurs after restarting the profile hosting Business Central , then if the entire BRMS or BPMS server is restarted then the lost projects would appear again.
  • Even the issue persists after cleaning the tmp, log, and data directories of the profile of the BRMS or BPMS server instance.
  • Is there a good way to restore the Repository, Organization Units and the Projects in Business Central which are lost suddenly ?
