Is there a open source product that will Create, Read, Update, And delete camel context spring xml dynamic routes automatically ?

Issue

• We want to go from a database where source and destinations for routes are kept to the spring xml.
• The Hawtio Camel tab is great. We dont want to lose the ability it affords. But we have user that cant create routes using the spring xml. We need the ability to go from database to xml.
