How to enable datasource on particular JBoss instances when running domain mode?

Is there a way to specifically target or isolate one or more data sources to a particular instance of JBoss as to lessen the binds and reduce the amount of connections a managed node is making against the database?

Can the data source be isolated to one or more particular instances while sharing the same profile in domain mode?
