How to plan for Disaster Recovery for SOA-P instances running in Production environments?
Issue
-
As part of
Disaster Recover (DR), users normally plan to set up another site with a replica of their currentProductionserver (which has got theirSOA-Pinstances already running) and should enableactive-activemode configuration. In such a scenario how to enable active-active mode configuration for the runningSOA-Pinstances forProductionenvironment. -
What if as part of the
Disaster Recoveryplans, users keep a replica of their database as well and the newSOA-Pservers inDisaster Recoverysite will be pointing to the database schema on replica database. So in this case bothProductionandDisaster Recoverysite nodes can not be pointed to the same data base schema.
Thus in such an architecture users can not use cluster set up betweenProductionsite andDisaster Recoverysite. Is this architecture correct?
