Application fails to connect to USB audio or video device and displays errors when running 2.6.32-504 kernel
Issue
- After upgrading RHEL 6 kernel package to version 2.6.32-504, applications fail to connect to a USB connected webcam device, displaying the following error:
uvcvideo: Failed to submit URB 0 (-28).
- When trying to use an integrated camera in RHEL 6.6, we are seeing the following error:
libv4l2: error turning on stream: No space left on device
