Is there a way to deploy remote application through Management Console ?

Issue

There is a problem when I deploy an applicaction through Management Console , at the Deployment Selection page: Click on Choose File, and browse your "LOCAL COMPUTER" for the WAR file you wish to upload. My application is not at my local computer! How can I solve this problem always through Management Console ?
