how to set jndi setting for multiple data centers discovery for JMS MQ consumer?

Issue

I use external client to communicate with fabric, as it showed in example here:

and it works fine for one datacenter, which is defined in the client jndi properties:

https://github.com/FuseByExample/external-mq-fabric-client/blob/master/simple-consumer/src/main/resources/jndi.properties

How to configure the jndi.properies to be able to connect to multiple datacenters?
For now I can connect and send messages to "amq-west" datacenter but how to do connect to "amq-est" as well?
