Can Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 iso be used in rescue environment for installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 machine?

Issue

The installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers are at 6.4 but only upgraded package is there kernel to 6.5 level, not all other packages are upgraded.
In this case, which ISO image can be used to boot the machine into secure rescue mode to troubleshoot the servers in case of any failures?

[root@new tmp]# uname -r
2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64
[root@new tmp]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)
