Issue

Restart of network service is required when Openstack virtual machine or server is restarted.
Why does network service is to be restarted once Openstack virtual machine is rebooted ?
Instances in openstack fail to auto-online after a reboot of the openstack environment. Hence, will it be affecting the score in EX210R course ?
