Message "SSL shutdown failed: Error in the push function" in CUPS error_log in RHEL
Issue
-
We have a RHEL 6.5 server running CUPS 1.4.2. Some days ago we've noticed this error in
/var/log/cups/error_log:E [04/Dec/2014:09:57:44 -0200] SSL shutdown failed: Error in the push function. E [04/Dec/2014:09:57:44 -0200] SSL shutdown failed: Error in the push function. This error happens when we establish a connection between some browser and our CUPS Web page. If we open a new tab and close it nothing happens, only when we close the browser. Is this SSL error critical to the system? How can we turn SSL off if we desire to?
