Exporting a RHEV VM results in "Cannot found VMs directory" error.

Issue

  • RHEV-M exports stuck.

  • VM and disks are "locked" in the Admin Portal.

  • The Tasks pane in the Admin Portal shows that the task has not completed.

  • The engine log contains a Cannot found VMs director error.

  • The vdsm log on the SPM host contains an Unexpected error indicating VMPathNotExists: Cannot found VMs directory error.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.4
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.5 hosts
