How to serve a web application from different protocol/connector based on remote or local access in JBoss EAP 6 ?

Issue

How to configure JBoss EAP 6 for some applications(not for every deployed application) as per following scenario:
- If the request is coming from local machine -->> then it can be served by http protocol/connector.
- If the request is coming from remote machine -->> then it can only be served by https protocol/connector.
- How should I configure EAP to have a socket/interface/host for HTTP via localhost only?
