RHEL 6 Channel not available in the second ORG orgid=2 in my satellite

Issue

rhel6 channel is available only on my primary ORG, not the second ORG. I tried to run satellite-sync -c rhel-x86_64-server-6 --orgid=2
but, its not visible on the second ORG.
