MIB's ending with '0' not returning any data using snmpwalk

When executing the following command, we get NULL for any MIBs ending in '.0':
$ snmpget -c public -v 2c localhost:<PORT> X.X.X.Y.0 SNMPv2-SMI::X.X.X.Y.0 = NULL
