The content view filters on Satellite 6 do not limit packages for content hosts
Issue
- Create a content view and add filter to exclude some packages.
- Change content host to use newly created content view which has excluded packages.
- Try to install packages which are excluded from content view.
- Content host is able to install or update excluded packages.
