lv mirror creating getting failed with error "kernel: fioerr Fusion-io 1.65TB ioScale2 0000:29:00.0: append message failed - bad size (zero)"

Issue

  • Tried to create lv mirror with below command.
lvcreate -m1 --type raid1 --nosync -l $LV_EXTENTS -n Ldap_OP `hostname`_dirdg2 /dev/fiob /dev/fiod
  • But it failed with following error messages.
