Issue

Environment: there is a client machine, two proxies and a server:

 client --> proxy1 --> proxy2 --> server

If DNS lookup does not work on proxy1, client can relay "http" communication to proxy2 but not "https" communication.
If name resolution does not work on proxy1, "https" communication is relayed to proxy2 and name resolution should be performed correctly on proxy2.
