Multiple Intermediate Message Events waiting for the same signal id remain active in a process instance in jBPM 6

Issue

Multiple Intermediate Message Events which have same messageRef and signal id in a process definition, remain active. When a message is sent, then all message event catches the message. It looks strange because a Intermediate Message Signal node is used for 1:1 communication in BPMN2. One node of catch message events should catch the signal, instead of all. Does it look like a bug in jBPM 6 ?
