CloudForms not able to upgrade due to wrong repo being used

Issue

When trying to enable two repositories called for in the instructions, I receive an error: "is not a valid repo ID" I used the --list option as well as yum repolist all and don't see either of the two missing repositories listed, so unable to register them The missing repositories are cf-me-5.3-for-rhel-6-rpms and rhel-server-rhscl-6-rpms.
