JMS Client timed out sending packet 43

Issue

• We had a JMS client receive an exception when trying to send a JMS message. Even though the client thinks that the JMS was unsuccessful the MDB was able to successfully process the message.
• The result is that that when the JMS message is resent we get duplicate transactions on the server.
