Issue

When installing a custom built rpm package, such as MYPACKAGE.rpm the has the following dependency:

#rpm -qpR MYPACKAGE.rpm
...
samba-winbind
...

The samba-winbind-4 package is installed in RHEL 6.6 instead of samba-winbind-3 as in the behavior in RHEL 6.5.

Yum shows that both packages in RHEL 6.5 satisfy this dependency, however, in this use case the version 3 is required.

# yum provides samba-winbind
...
samba4-winbind-4.0.0-64.el6.rc4.x86_64 : Samba winbind
