What is the difference between using enableStatistics="true" in the broker configuration, the statisticsEnabled JMX property and JMX operation exposed inJMX and using the <statisticsBrokerPlugin /> listed in the ActiveMQ broker configuration file?
Do all of the above need to be in the configuration for statistics to work properly?
