  • One of the nodes cluster crashed by panic with kernel BUG at fs/gfs2/glops.c:39!
  • GFS2 filesystem withdraw:
  • vmcore RIP of gfs2_ail_flush+0x179/0x1a0

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the Resilient Storage Add On
    • Kernels prior to 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6 are affected.
  • Mounted GFS2 file system(s)
