KDE - Wallpaper does not apply until second login (with multi monitor)
Issue
- Wallpaper for second monitor does not take effect if set by command line or kickstart, until the second time a user logs in.
- Setting a wallpaper for the second monitor during kickstart or in
/etc/skeldoes not work.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- KDE (plasma wallpapers)
